Family company
At Royal Van Wijhe Verf, the drive for sustainability and innovation is passed on from generation to generation. It is literally in the genes and has brought the company where it is today. That also explains why we cherish our independence. We set our own course. Stand up for the preservation of the manufacturing industry in our own country and expose ourselves with new developments we believe in. As a family business, we do not think in terms of annual figures, but in terms of generations. Because we want to leave this world a little more beautiful for everyone who comes after us.

Marlies van Wijhe
Since 2000, the 4th generation has been at the helm of Royal Van Wijhe Verf with Marlies van Wijhe as general manager. Her creed: ‘No modern sustainable future without a healthy dose of innovation’. The urge to innovate cannot be imposed from above, but must flow through the entire organization. That is why we invest in people and encourage everyone to get the best out of themselves and the company. Because committed and proud employees are the basis of our being and our continued existence.
